8% Management Fee

Keeping innovate each aspects of the whole managing process for properties, we improved the efficiency much, and proud of providing a very competitive management fee of 8% (include VAT) to the market. Landlords could benefit from this.

Diversified Payment Methods

Stanley’s landlords are from over the world, and have difference preferences for receiving payments. We deeply work with relative associations and provide different payment methods for landlords in order to meet their preferences.

Rent Payment In Advance

Instead monthly rental payment, we believe an advanced payment ( 3/6/12 months) will make our landlords beneficial from it. Receiving rent on time will be hassle-free for every investors who entrust their properties to Stanley. ( may change in the future according to Renters’ Rights Act 2025 )
